The service is designed to provide routine and brief tax advice that the Client may require from us on a regular basis. The retainer provides the Client with direct access to designated team members from REACHS. The work includes (i) Give access to a team from REACHS consisting of a partner, director, manager and below manager (thereafter known as “designated team”) for short routine tax advice over the phone and via emails and short tax memo based on each project; (ii) meet with the designated team for a quarterly update. The meeting may be held at REACHS’s office or the Client’s office; (iii) attend the meeting at REACHS’s office or the Client’s premises; and Provide REACHS’s newsletters and other publications to the Client.
